Option 1 (preferred)
  1. Log in to the NetCommunity website as a Supervisor
  2. Navigate to Users & Security>Users
  3. Click the pencil icon next to the user in question
  4. Scroll to the bottom of the page and locate the Personal Page
  5. Click the Delete button
  6. Follow any on screen prompts

Option 2 (use as a backup if option 1 isn't available)
First, remove the solicitor from the fund in Raiser's Edge:
  1. In Raiser's Edge, navigate to Records>Funds
  2. Search for and open the associated fund
  3. Select the Solicitors tab
  4. Select the Solicitor in question on the right hand side
  5. Click Remove
  6. Click Save and Close
Next, sync the Fundraiser in NetCommunity:
  1. Log in to the Net Community website
  2. Navigate to Site Explorer>Parts
  3. Click the search tab
  4. Search for the Fundraiser part and click the Pencil icon to edit the Fundraiser part in question
  5. Click Synchronize Now
