• In Records, Students, open the Student record
       
    • Select the Statements tab
       
    • In the Show field, select who receives copies of statements for
       
    • Click Add Recipient and select the parent record
       
    • Select the student's name in the When Sending Statements to column
       
    • Mark the Show Amount Due checkbox
       
    • Click Add Recipient and select the other parent record
       
    • Select the student's name in the When Sending Statements to column
       
    • Mark the Show Amount Due checkbox
       
    • Save and Close the record
       
    • Create and preview the Statement
