Note: Before you proceed with the following instructions, back up the database. If your organization integrates multiple Blackbaud products, refer to the Additional Requirements section of the backup solution.

 
     
    • In Administration, click on Globally change records.
     
    • Highlight Students and click New Change.
     
    • Select the Filters tab and filter on the desired records.
     
    • On the General Tab, expand Address, Phone, Phone, then double-click on Contact Type.
     
    • Click OK for All Addresses.
     
    • Click OK for all Contact Types.
     
    • Select the Replace operation.
     
    • For 'Replace', enter the contact type you don't want and for 'With', enter the contact type you do want, and click OK.
     
    • Preview the changes.
     
    • Click Change Now.
