If the report has a Columns tab:




    • In Reports, open the appropriate report parameters

    • On the General tab, note the option selected under Report Type

    • Select the report orientation for the appropriate report views:

      • If Summary or Both is marked:

        1. On the Format tab, highlight Details and note which Summarize By fields are marked

        • On the Columns tab, select the value in the Report View drop-down that corresponds with the Summarize By field marked on the Format tab. For example, if the Summarize By field is Fund, change the Report View to Summarize by Fund and select the appropriate Report Orientation.

        • Repeat these steps for each Summarize By field marked on the Format tab



        • If Detail is selected: On the Columns tab, select the appropriate report orientation.





        If the report does not have a Columns tab:




          • In Reports, open the appropriate report parameters

          • On the Format tab, highlight Miscellaneous

          • Select the appropriate report orientation

          • If the Report Orientation box does not appear on the Format tab:

            1. Select File, Print Setup

            • Enter the appropriate settings and click OK

            • Select Tools, User Options from the menu bar

            • Select the Reports tab

            • Mark As defined in Print Setup

            • Click OK

            • Print the report
