1. In Administration, click Globally Change Records
2. Highlight the constituent record type and click New Change
3. If using a query, click Include and select the appropriate query
4. Select the Marital Status field within the Biographical category
5. Select Add for the Operation and 'Married' in the Add field
6. Mark the Overwrite existing value check box and click OK
7. Mark the Create control report checkbox.
8. Click Change Now to begin the change
