This information can be gathered and exported in a query.
       
    • Do not enter any criteria on the Criteria tab
     
    • Select the Output tab
     
    • Expand Account and double-click Account and Account description to select them
     
    • Expand Budget and double-click to select the field you want to include, such as Fiscal Year or Total Budget Amount
     
    • Select the Results tab to run the query and view the results
     
    • Click Export to Excel export the results to a spreadsheet
