If you have site administrator rights, you can approve or deny a user's request for a new role.
  1. Go to www.blackbaud.com and click my blackbaud from the top of any webpage. 
    Note: You will be prompted to log in if you are not already.
  2. Click Manage Roles in the upper right tile under the default organization name and site ID.
  3. If you have any pending requests, you will see the requests in the Pending Approval section.
  4. Mark Approve or Deny, and then click Update Selected in the title bar above the role listings. If there are multiple requests, you may approve them all at once by clicking Approve All.

Note: The requests will remain pending until you or another site administrator at your organization approves or denies them. A pending role will not give access to blackbaud.com. A role must be active to access blackbaud.com.
