Please attempt the following to resolve, this error can be caused by a variety of causes:

  1. This error can occur if there is not enough storage on your server and free up disk space . If your database is hosted by Blackbaud, allocate more space in your Blackbaud Hosting Services Files Folder.
  2. Try exporting to the local C drive>users>select the appropriate user>desktop
  3. Recreate the merge document.
If these steps do not resolve please consider the following and contact Customer Support with your responses.
  • Does the error occur for multiple users?
  • Does the error occur on multiple workstations?
  • Does the error occur for multiple merge documents?
