If the issue is still unresolved, complete the following:
    1. In Configuration, go to Finansical Institutions, and review the State table here. 

    OR

    • Create a constituent query
       
    • On the Criteria tab, select the following:

      Addresses, All addresses, State Equals [State]
       
    • On the Output tab, select the Constituent Name
       
    • Select the Results tab and open a constituent record from the query results.
       
    • Select the Addresses tab and unmark the 'Hide addresses that do not receive mail' checkbox
       
    • Open the address that contains the state to be deleted and change the state on the address
       
    • Save and close record
       
    • Repeat process with all records in the query
       
    • Delete the state from the State table
       
      1. Create a Relationship query (Query, New, select Relationship as the Query type, Dynamic as the Format)
      2. On the Criteria tab, select the following:
      3. Individual, Address, State Equals [State]
      4. On the Output tab, select the Constituent, Name and Individual, Name
      5. Select the Results tab.
      6. Open the record and address that contains the state to be deleted and change the state on the address
      7. Save and close record
      8. Repeat process with all records in the query
      9. Repeat all of the above steps, except in step 2 select the following:
      10. Organization, Address, State Equals [State]
