Please follow the steps below until the issue is resolved - 
  • Open the recurring gift and change the status to Active. It may be relevant to change the status back once the Skip / Rollback process is complete. For example, if the status had originally been set as Held.
  • If the gift shows a Pending Transaction icon in the bottom right corner then check all recurring and uncommitted gift batches for the transaction in question. When you locate the missing transaction you can do one of the following to remove the Pending Transaction - 
    • If the transaction has been rejected / the money not received, delete the transaction and save and close the batch.
    • If this and the other transactions in the batch have been processed and the money received then commit the batch
