Note : Before you proceed with the following instructions, back up the database. If your organization integrates multiple Blackbaud products, refer to the Additional Requirements section of the backup article.

 

     
    • In Administration, click Globally change records
     
    • Highlight Students and click New Change
     
    • On the General tab, select Students, Billing options, Operation Replace, and select the appropriate billing option for With
     
    • Click OK
     
    • Click Preview to verify the records that will be changed
     
    • If the records are correct, click Change Now
