Error: Report Card information is currently unavailable
Try the following steps in order until the issue is resolved:
1. Open the report card and select the address tab. 2. Verify that for the 'Use Address From' option the student is selected and not the relationship 3. Review the NTFS Permissions to correctly set permissions for the NetClassroom folder/PDF directory on the Web server. 4. Republish the report cards to NetClassroom.
