In Crystal Reports XI:
  1. Go to Database > Database Expert
  2. Browse for the export on the left by expanding on Create New Connection then Database Files
  3. Click on the MDB file and click >> to bring over any new tables
  4. Go to the Links tab
  5. Change the table joins for any new tables to Left Outer Join
  6. Click OK and refresh the report
If a table has been removed from the export, and it is no longer needed in the Crystal Report, then remove the table from the report.
  1. Go to Database > Database Expert
  2. Select the missing table on the right and click the left arrow button
  3. Click OK
In Crystal Reports 8.5:
  1. Go to Database > Visual Linking Expert
  2. Click Tables
  3. Click << All to move any tables in the Invisible Tables list to the Visible Tables list
  4. Click OK
  5. Click Clear Links and click OK to any messages that appear
  6. Click Link and click OK to any messages that appear
  7. Click OK and refresh the report
If a table has been removed from the export, and it is no longer needed in the Crystal Report, then remove the table from the report.
  1. Go to Database > Remove From Report
  2. Select the missing table and click Remove
  3. Click OK
