Try the following: 
  • Make sure there is a period between signin and blackbaud in the link:
  • Your email client may be causing an issue with the button. Try right clicking on the button and selecting something like ‘copy hyperlink’, ‘copy link address’, or ‘open hyperlink’. If the email is over 1 hour old, you'll need to request a new password reset email.
  • Request a new password reset email.
  • Have your IT department follow the steps in I did not receive the confirmation or reset password email or the NXT invitation email
