users at your organization can request roles to indicate which software they use and if they're an invoice contact, primary contact, or site administrator. When a user requests roles, they'll remain pending until approved by a site administrator. You must have at least one active role to access support or training on A pending role is not an active role.

If your role requests are pending, ask your site administrator to approve the roles by clicking Manage Roles within his profile.

To determine who your site administrator is, refer to How to find your organization's site administrators. If your site administrator is no longer with your organization, refer to How to give a user rights to become a site administrator.
