Please attempt each of the following until the issue has been resolved:
  1. Log out completely from the Blackbaud hosting dashboard, reboot your machine and then log back in. This will clear the cache and reset your server connection which should resolve the issue. 
  2. If you're logged into the BBNC - Plugin icon, please log out and log into the regular Blackbaud RE application.
