Try each of the following steps in order until the issue is resolved:

  1. Verify the user name and password used to submit the search is correct.

    Note: If you change your user name and password on the Web site, there is a 24 hour delay. During this time, use your old user name and password.
  2. Ensure the user has the appropriate Blackbaud contact roles that allow him to submit WealthPoint searches.
  3. Check your account status to ensure that your WealthPoint subscription has not expired.
