Try each of the following steps in order until the issue is resolved:
- Verify the user name and password used to submit the search is correct.
Note: If you change your user name and password on the Web site, there is a 24 hour delay. During this time, use your old user name and password.
- Ensure the user has the appropriate Blackbaud contact roles that allow him to submit WealthPoint searches.
- Check your account status to ensure that your WealthPoint subscription has not expired.
