If you have the optional module Graduation Requirement Management, the Graduation Status tab appears on student records in Faculty Access for the Web.

On the Graduation Status tab, teachers can review student progress on their requirements. Unless restricted in security from viewing requirement information on student records:

  • Advisors can view graduation status information for their advisees
  • Administrators can view graduation status information for all students
  1. Viewing the requirements summary
    1. On a student record, click the Graduation Status tab
    2. In the View field, select the diploma for which to view a summary
      • A graph appears displaying percentages based on number of credits and includes these categories:
        • In Progress: courses the student is currently enrolled in that meet the requirements
        • Complete: courses the student was previously enrolled in and received
          credit for that meet the requirements
        • Unfulfilled: the student has not requested or enrolled in the courses to meet the requirements
        • Planned: the student has requested or is enrolled in the courses to meet the requirements, but the courses are not currently in session
      • The minimum credits needed, total credits earned, and remaining credits needed appear
      • The student's class of year, advisor, and graduation date appear
      • For each category (In Progress, Complete, Unfulfilled, Planned), the number of requirements and number of credits are listed. You can click the name of the category to view requirement details for that category.
    3. To close the student record, click the X at the top right corner of the screen

  3. Viewing details of requirements
    1. On a student record, select the Graduation Status tab
    2. From the left navigation bar, select View Details
    3. In the Show field, you can filter the requirements appearing based on the status of the requirement:
      • In Progress: courses the student is currently enrolled in that meet the requirements
      • Complete: courses the student was previously enrolled in and received credit for that meet the requirements.
      • Unfulfilled: the student has not requested or enrolled in the courses to meet the requirements
      • Planned: the student has requested or is enrolled in the courses to meet the requirements, but the courses are not currently in session
    4. In the second Show field, you can select how to break down the requirements that appear: at the requirement type level, requirement level, or course level
    5. In the View field, select the diploma for which to view details
    6. To close the student record, click the X at the top right corner of the screen
