You may receive this message while accessing your Blackbaud application through either a locally managed Citrix environment or using Blackbaud Hosting Services. This message occurs when the Citrix connection to the application being accessed was interrupted due to one of the following issues:
Your network or your connection to the internet (or physical workstation) experienced a brief lapse in service.
Your Internet Service Provider (ISP) experienced a brief lapse in service.
The connection to the servers that host the application was lost.
If Blackbaud does not host your Blackbaud database(s):
Please contact the appropriate software vendor or IT professional for assistance with this process or issue, which is beyond Blackbaud's scope of support.
