Try each of the following steps in order until the issue is resolved:
- Open the constituent record.
- Select the Bio 1 tab of the constituent.
- Unmark the Deceased? checkbox, if marked.
- Save the constituent record by selecting File, Save.
- Select the Gifts tab.
- Open the gift record.
- Click on the merge button to run the letter again.
- Exit and sign out of The Raiser's Edge and then log back in.
- Recreate the letter and export in Configuration.
