Try each of the following steps in order until the issue is resolved:

  1. Open the constituent record.
  2. Select the Bio 1 tab of the constituent.
  3. Unmark the Deceased? checkbox, if marked.
  4. Save the constituent record by selecting File, Save.
  5. Select the Gifts tab.
  6. Open the gift record.
  7. Click on the merge button to run the letter again.
  8. Exit and sign out of The Raiser's Edge and then log back in.
  9. Recreate the letter and export in Configuration.
