Microsoft Outlook must be opened before you will be able to send email or use email functions in the program.
  1. Microsoft Outlook from a Hosted application, go to Tools > Microsoft Outlook and try to send the email or perform the task again
  2. Ensure that Outlook has been configured in hosting.  For additional information on configuring Outlook in hosted applications, refer to How to configure Microsoft Outlook Integration in Blackbaud Hosting Services
