Try each of the following steps in order until the issue is resolved:
- Update to the latest The Raiser's Edge cumulative patch.
- Ensure all workstations and the Web server are updated to the same revision of The Raiser's Edge.
- Ensure NETWORK SERVICE has full control of the requex7.mdb file in the SysDB folder of The Raiser's Edge installation
- In The Raiser's Edge, open, run or export the query used in the list. If you receive any errors during this process, manually update The Raiser's Edge on RE7Service Web server.
