When a user is removed by the site administrator on blackbaud.com, a Blackbaud employee needs to activate the record. The site administrator's invite user function will not restore the user's association. Click Chat with Support, reference this article, and give the analyst the contact's name. We'll activate the user's record and associate it with your organization.
