- In Records, open the appropriate record.
- Select the Statement tab.
- Select "Who receives copies".
- Ensure that the organization is listed.
- In Mail, Forms, Statements, open the statement parameters.
- Select the Format tab.
- Highlight Detail.
- Ensure that you are including both Statements and Statement copies.
- Select the Filters tab
- Ensure that you are not filtering out Organizations for Statement Recipient Record Types
