• In Records, open the appropriate record.
       
    • Select the Statement tab.
       
    • Select "Who receives copies".
       
    • Ensure that the organization is listed.
       
    • In Mail, Forms, Statements, open the statement parameters.
       
    • Select the Format tab.
       
    • Highlight Detail.
       
    • Ensure that you are including both Statements and Statement copies.
       
    • Select the Filters tab
       
    • Ensure that you are not filtering out Organizations for Statement Recipient Record Types
