When creating a import using a local file, the file is copied to the server location identified in the web.config file. Either confirm the path in the error message exists on the webserver or update the web.config file to the correct path.
If you cannot access the web,config file the path can also be updated within BBEC:
  1. Go to Administration and select Import
  2. Under Tasks select Configure import options
  3. The path can also be entered in Import Tasks, configure import options.
  4. Enter the Import File Path
  5. Click Save
  6. Attempt the Import again
