Complete the steps in the order listed below until the issue is resolved:
  1. If using a full version of SQL Server, restart the SQL Server Agent service.
  2. Change the owner of the job in SQL Server to the "SA" account or a different Windows account than the current owner of the job.
  3. If using an Express version of SQL Server, delete the corresponding .CMD file (Default location:  C:\Program Files (x86)\Blackbaud\Management Console\ or C:\Program Files (x86)\Blackbaud\Management Console\) and reschedule the backups.
