Try each of the following steps in order until the issue is resolved:

  1. Open the report card or transcript parameters
  2. Ensure there are students that meet the criteria selected on the Filters tab.

    For example:

    • If filtering on Status and Current student is selected after the year has ended, the Graduated status needs to be included in the filters as well.
       
    • If filtering on Course Type, students must be enrolled in at least one course which has a Types selected to be included on the course.
       

     
    • In Grades, open the student and enter grades for the student for the academic year the report card or transcript is run on
       
    • If selecting to Use Address from Relationship on the Address tab:

      1. In Records, Students, open the student record.
         
      2. Select the Relationships tab.
         
      3. Confirm the relationship is marked to receive report cards. If it is not, mark the Receives Report Cards checkbox.
         

       
      • If running saved parameters:

        1. Create a new report card or transcript using the same parameters defined in the existing report card or transcript.  A new set of parameters as well as the old one can be opened simultaneously to ensure they match appropriately.
           
        2. Save the report card or transcript parameters with a new name.
           
        3. If the new report card or transcript runs successfully, delete the old saved parameters.
           

         
        • In Records, Students, open the student record and click the Hold Status button at the bottom of the Bio 1 tab.  Verify that no current hold codes exist.  If applicable, enter an end date on or before the current date to remove the hold.
