A query can be used to send the statements to a group of records:
  1. Create a query for the records to receive statements.
  2. In Mail, Forms, Statements, open a saved statement or click New.
  3. Select the Filters tab.
  4. Change the Statement Recipients filter from All to Selected.
  5. Mark the Query option, select the query created in step 1, and click OK.
  6. Click Preview.
