Try each of the following steps in order until the issue is resolved:

  1. Confirm the login and password information is correct in the Merchant Account in Administration (login is case sensitive).
  2. Confirm you are able to log into the IATS site with the username and password credentials given.
  3. Contact IATS to ensure your account is configured for sales:1.866.300.4287 (Monday to Friday from 7:30 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. PST).
NOTE: If testing, confirm the merchant account you are using is set to Demo processing mode under Administration - Merchant Accounts.
