1. In Administration, Post, click New post parameter.
  2. Select the Filters tab and define the appropriate options and filters.
  3. On the Format tab, select an option from the first drop-down list.
  4. If you select Always use this parameter file, click the binoculars to select a default Batch Validation Report.
    Note: If you need to create a Batch Validation Report, click Add New.
  5. Select the appropriate print option.
  6. If you select to Print the report, verify the correct printer is selected.
  7. Save the post parameter.
