Bank account number is masked in the Batch Deposit Ticket
Addressed in version 7.82.1514. Download the latest update from our website.

In version 7.92 or higher of The Raiser's Edge, users must have security rights that include Personal Information>View and Output.  Otherwise the bank account will be masked on the deposit ticket.
 

Alternative Solution:

Write the full bank account number on the report:
 

  1. Select File, Preview, Deposit Ticket from the menu bar
     
  2. At the top of the screen, select the Envelope icon to export the report
     
  3. Export to another format (such as Word Exact)
     
  4. Edit the document in the chosen format to include the full account number and print outside of Raiser's Edge
