Note : Before you proceed with the following instructions, back up the database. If your organization integrates multiple Blackbaud products, refer to the Additional Requirements section of the backup article.

  1. In Configuration, click Registrar Setup and highlight Translation Tables.
  2. Open the appropriate Translation table.
  3. Add a new value to your translation table, such as $.
  4. Import the new value $ for the grades in the appropriate marking columns 
  5. In Configuration, click Registrar Setup and highlight Translation Tables.
  6. Open the appropriate Translation table.
  7. Highlight the row with the $ grade and click Delete.
  8. Click Yes at the prompt to delete grades with this value.

Or

Unmark the Graded checkbox for the appropriate marking column on the Grading tab of a course record. All grades and comments entered in the marking column will be deleted from Grades and Faculty Access for the Web Gradebooks.
