If the Data Health Center is unable to send your file via FTP due to fire wall or internet connection issues, a prompt appears giving you the opportunity to save the export file it is trying to send.
 

  1. Click the Ellipsis in the prompt window and choose to save the export locally on the workstation.
  2. Upload the file to the FTP folder on the Blackbaud website (BB45967).
  3. Contact Support and reference this article. 
    Note: There may be a one business day delay in the processing due to the additional steps that must be taken to process the file in this manner.
