1. In Reports, highlight a specific report (such as Gift Detail and Summary or General Ledger Report)
     
  2. Right-click on the page and select Columns
     
  3. To add columns to the screen, highlight the appropriate column name in the Columns box and click the right arrow to move the name to the Display these columns box
     
  4. To remove columns from the screen, highlight the appropriate column name in the Display these columns box and click the left arrow to move the names to the Columns box
     
  5. Click OK
