When selecting Schedule Setup in Registrar's Office, Configuration, NetClassroom, users receive the error: Run-time error '0'.
If your database is hosted by Blackbaud:
1. Have all other users Exit and sign out of The Education Edge. 2. Log into The Education Edge and select Plug-Ins >Miscellaneous >Clear NetClassroom Settings from The Education Edge navigation bar. 3. Mark the option to delete settings for Schedule Setup. 4. Mark Run plugin. 5. Select Update to run the plugin.
If your database is installed locally:
Note : Before you proceed with the following instructions, back up the database. If your organization integrates multiple Blackbaud products, refer to the Additional Requirements section of the backup article.
1. Log into the workstation as a Local Administrator. 2. Download and save the ClearNetClassroomSettings.exe plug-in (see attachments at the end of this article). Note: If your database is hosted by Blackbaud, the plug-in will already be installed for you. 3. Save ClearNetClassroomSettings.exe to the local hard drive of any Education Edge workstation. 4. Double-click ClearNetClassroomSettings.exe. 5. When prompted, unzip the files into The Education Edge/Financial Edge Plugins folder on the workstation. The default file path is C:\Program Files\Blackbaud\The Financial Edge\Plugins. ClearNetClassroomSettings.exe is a self-extracting zip file that contains the plug-in files: DelNCParamsDoc.vbd and DelNCParams.dll. 6. Register DelNCParams.dll on the workstation. 7. Have all other users Exit and sign out of The Education Edge. 8. Log into The Education Edge on the workstation with the plugin installed. 9. Select Plug-Ins >Miscellaneous >Clear NetClassroom Settings from The Education Edge navigation bar. 10. Mark the option to delete settings for Schedule Setup. 11. Mark Run plugin. 12. Select Update to run the plugin.
