Note : Before you proceed with the following instructions, back up the database. If your organization integrates multiple Blackbaud products, refer to the Additional Requirements section of the backup article.

This global change can be done from both organization and individual relationship records.

If the query is based on relationship records for the contacts of the organization, follow these steps:

  1. In Administration, select Globally Change Records.
  2. Highlight Individual/Contacts/Employees Relationships.
  3. Select New Change.
  4. Include the
  5. Under Individual/Contacts/Employees Relationships, double-click Print Org.
  6. Select Operation: Replace.
  7. Replace: Unchecked With: Checked or vice versa .
  8. Click OK.
  9. Click Change Now.
 
If the query is based on organization relationship records for the individual, follow these steps:
  1. In Administration, select Globally Change Records.
  2. Highlight Organization/Business Relationships.
  3. Select New Change.
  4. Under Organization/Business Relationships, double-click Print Org.
  5. Select Operation: Replace.
  6. Replace: Unchecked With: Checked or vice versa .
  7. Click OK.
  8. Click Change Now.
