Try each of the following steps in order until the issue is resolved:
  • Ensure the appropriate parameters are set for the report. 
  • Ensure you have the appropriate gift types selected on the Gift Types tab for each column.
  • If Columns have been removed from the Columns tab, ensure that the corresponding columns on the Gift Types tab has no Gift Types selected.  
  • Create a new Gift Detail and Summary Report.  
  • Recreate the query the report is based on.
