Try each of the following steps in order until the issue is resolved:
    • In Admin > Security, ensure the user's Security group has rights to Personal Information.
    • In Export, open the desired export. 
    • On the Output tab, highlight SSN in the output field of the export. 
    • Click Format. 
    • Select Not Masked in the Format Options window. 
    • Click OK. 
    • Click Export Now.
