When importing multiple attributes onto a constituent record, users may get the following error:
Error: Field Category - Record does not exist
This occurs when importing multiple attributes in the same import file and when the extension of the attribute category does not match the description and comment of the category.
On the Fields tab of the import, change all values of the extension column to the same number by pulling highlighting the field and using the drop down option. The attribute category, description, and comment (if included), for each unique attribute, should all have the same extension.
