Try each of the following steps in order until the issue is resolved:
 

  1. Run the patch on the server
  2. Rename the BBupdate.ini file (Default location:  C:\Program Files\Blackbaud\The Financial Edge\) on the workstation to BBupdate.old
  3. Log into the workstation as a local administrator, browse to the Deploy folder, double-click the Setup.exe file and choose Repair when prompted
  4. Manually apply the patch on the workstation by running bbpatch.exe from the patch folder in the Deploy kit
