Before accessing MatchFinder ensure you are in The Raiser's Edge 7.82 or higher and the module must be unlocked. If your organization has not purchased the MatchFinder add-on module, contact your account representative. If you have purchased the add-on module, generate the unlock code online using the Unlock Code Generator.
  1. In a shared directory on your network, create a folder that will contain the MatchFinder database (ex. F:\Program Files\MatchFinder).
  2. In The Raiser's Edge, go to Tools in the menu bar and select User Options, File Locations, MatchFinder Database.
    1. Browse to the directory created in Step 1 and double-click to select it.
    2. Close User Options.
  3. Open Records and click MatchFinder.
  4. Download and Update MatchFinder database and confirm that the download is successful.
