Before you are able to successfully launch your Hosted Blackbaud application, the appropriate Citrix Online Plug-in must be installed on workstation desired to work in your application. Some users may receive the above error message when attempting to launch their desired hosted application in the following scenarios:
Citrix plug-in is damaged or didn't install properly.
Attempting to access the Blackbaud Hosting Services portal from an unsupported browser.
Attempting to launch the incorrect Citrix Online Plug-in from an Internet Explorer 9 browser window.
Please do follow the below steps until this issue is resolved:
Delete the Temporary Internet files and attempt to launch your application again from a new browser window.
