1. In The Financial Edge or The Education Edge, go to Export
2. Click New (top left of the page)
3. Choose the appropriate Record as the type and Excel as the Export format, then click Create Now
4. On the New Export window, select the Output tab
5. Expand the respective Record (Client, Student, etc.) and choose Annotation and other desired fields
6. Click Export Now and define a file path where you want the Excel document to save
7. Browse to the path that you defined to get the list of Annotations
