Try each of the following steps in order until the issue is resolved:

  1. On the Student's Activity tab, if the Show Balance as of [specific date] checkbox is marked, then the balance will be the account balance as of the specified date.

    To show the student's balance, regardless of the date, unmark the Show Balance as of [specific date] checkbox.
  2. Unmark the Include scheduled advance deposits with these dates and the Include scheduled financial aid with these dates checkboxes.
  3. Match the report parameters to the student's Activity tab
  4. Select Records, Select the correct record type (Student or Individual), search for the record and verify that it is the only record with this first and last name.  If there are duplicates, the report may be showing the other record's activity.
