Follow these steps to mark the Print Separate Statement checkbox:
  1. In Records, open the statement recipient's record.
     
  2. Select the Statements tab.
     
  3. In the Show field, select 'who receives statements for' to view all records for which this person receives statements.
     
  4. In the grid, mark the Print Separate Statement checkbox for record(s) to print separate statements for.
     
  5. Save and Close the record.
     
  6. In Mail, Forms, Statements, preview/print the statements.
