Note: Before you proceed with the following instructions, back up the database. If your organization integrates multiple Blackbaud products, refer to the Additional Requirements section of the backup solution.

1. Instead of the Grid View, select the List view
2. Attempt to enter the class again

If this does not resolve the issue:

Delete the Meetings, then re-add
1. Go to Scheduling
2. Select Edit Master Schedule
3. Double click to open the class
4. Click the Meetings tab
5. Select each Meeting and click the red X to delete each meeting
6. Re-enter Meetings by clicking New Meeting
7. Click Save and Close

If this does not resolve the issue:
Delete the class, re-create it, and schedule the meetings again
