1. In Configuration, click Business Rules and highlight Constituent under User Defined Rules
2. Open the business rule for Inactive or Lost Constituents. The message text should match the error message you receive when opening the constituent record.
3. Click the binoculars beside the Query name
4. Search for the query and click Edit in the search screen
5. Select Tools, Query Options from the menu bar
6. Change the query format to Dynamic
7. Click OK
8. Save and close the query and business rule
