1. Exit and Sign out.
  2. Log back into The Financial Edge.
If that does not correct the issue, do one of the following:

  1. Edit the Registry
  2. Go to HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Blackbaud\
  3. Rename 'Blackbaud' to '~Blackbaud'
  4. Exit the Registry

Run the Reset Registry Plug-in to revert the program settings on the workstation to the defaults.

Recreate the Windows User Profile.

OR

Recreate the The Education Edge/The Financial Edge User Profile
