Possible causes:
  • Statements are filtered on students under the Statement Recipients filter and only parents are recipients.
  • Print statements for statement copies only is selected on the General tab.
  • The transaction cutoff date on the General tab does not include transactions through today's date.
  1. In Mail, Forms, open the Statement.  
  2. On the General tab, change the transaction cutoff date to include all appropriate transactions.
  3. Change print statements to include statements and statement copies.  
  4. Preview the statements.
