• On the Administration page, click Globally change records.

    • From the list on the left, select Students - Students and click New Change on the action bar.

    • In the Available fields box, double-click Advisor.

    • In the Operation field, select Add, leave the Add field blank, and mark the Overwrite existing value checkbox.

    • Click OK.

    • Click Preview Changes.

    • Click Change Now.

    • Repeat steps 3 to 7 for the Homeroom and Homeroom teacher fields.
